We specialize in high-quality waterproofing membranes and ventilation systems, including damp proof membranes, foundation protection sheets, extractor fans, air valves, and inline fans for residential and commercial buildings.
2. Where are you located?
We have two shop locations in Ghana. You can find us in Accra (telnr) and Kumasi (telnr).
3. Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery within Accra and to other regions in Ghana using third-party services like Uber, Bolt, or Yango. Delivery fees are based on your location and are determined by the selected service provider.
4. What is the difference between damp proofing and waterproofing?
Damp proofing prevents moisture from passing through walls or floors, while waterproofing blocks both water and moisture. Our membranes are designed to provide both depending on your project’s requirements.
5. Are your ventilation fans suitable for both homes and commercial spaces?
Yes, our range of extractor fans, inline fans, and air valves are suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, warehouses, offices, and industrial spaces.
6. What membrane thickness should I use for my building project?
For general damp proofing, 300–500 micron membranes are commonly used. We can help you choose the right thickness based on your application—whether it’s for floors, foundations, or retaining walls.
7. Do you sell BBA-certified or internationally approved membranes?
Yes, we stock reputable international brands including BBA-certified membranes like Visqueen, as well as European-standard options like DELTA® membranes.
8. Can I install the ventilation systems myself?
Many of our fans are designed for easy installation, but we recommend using a professional electrician or installer for safety and optimal performance.
9. Do your ventilation fans work during power outages?
Our fans are powered by electricity. We recommend using them with backup power solutions like inverters or generators for uninterrupted ventilation in case of outages.
10. Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, several of our membranes are made from recycled materials, and our ventilation systems are energy-efficient and compliant with safety standards.
